seattle is beautiful except the winter. i believe last winter had 6 days of sun the entire season. i was there in december for a week visiting my family and didn’t see a single second of sun. it was depressing. i think it gets to people. i’d try to get people to go party (an act of resistance in the absence of sunlight) and they’d actually say stupid crap like, “but it’s raining.”

come to new orleans and i promise i will make out time for you and we can wax philosophical on the metaphysics, substance, philosophy of identity, and existential contrasts between dr. jack shephard vs. john locke vs. thomas hobbes. it will be pure nerdy pop-cultural masturbatory delight.

unfortunately i did not get to make more time to congregate wif you. my students attended however, and they were sprung off of your performance. and one of’em was like: “she look good too!” ingat.
